I started working out regularly last August 2020 after not being on a regular routine for years. Lifting weights has been a big help to my building strength. In January 2021 I started training with Devin. I am 2.5 months in. I feel stronger, healthier, and overall more fit. It has helped not only with my strength but my mobility, stability, and peace of mind. I cannot wait to see what the next few months bring. Training with her makes me feel like an athlete. There are days when I am worn out but her motivation keeps me going. She not only talks the talk but walks and breathes and eats and sleeps Health and Fitness! She is an inspiration, and I am so happy to have her awesome help. She is an excellent trainer. ~ LISA B.
Devin is one of the best trainers I have had. I was referred to her by Anson Walker who also trained me a while back before I got married. ( He too is an awesome trainer) ... I got married and moved off to Lexington Ms for a year. Went to Burn Bootcamp, got pregnant and moved to Madison Ms but was nervous about working out at Burn. We lost our baby girl and I started working out with Devin. She is such an amazing trainer. She has been such an inspiration to me. I have gone through a lot since we have been training and she has been there for me through it all. I’m very blessed to have her train me and to be in my life. I have been training with Devin for 5 months. I am 56 and have not worked out in several years. Devin met me at my physical level. The workouts are always challenging, but very doable. I have lost weight and inches and have grown in confidence and strength. I can’t wait to see what the next 5 months brings! My 2 favorite things about training with Devin is:
1. Her upbeat personality. She is always positive and very encouraging.
2. Every workout is different.
5 months, 3 days a week and have NEVER done a workout twice.

I do think a trainer expense is something you have to make work for yourself if you are serious about making a change. It is not cheap or easy, but it is worth it! I was very hesitant. Anson did offer to let me try a bootcamp. Having a trainer also gives that extra accountability. I am paying good money and I have someone up and meeting me at 5:00AM every morning. It has helped me ease into my fitness journey and he is great about educating me. I have no idea how to use the machines or how to create a daily workout. I honestly didn’t expect to stay with a trainer this long but it’s something I fell in love with and I prioritize it with my budget. ~ BH
I have been into fitness for the past several years and was the one who tried to be at the gym 5-6 days a week. In my short time working out with Devin, I can already see a difference in my muscle growth and workout routines. She has helped build my knowledge and has pushed me to be my best. This time has also given me more self confidence in the gym and with myself, which I struggle with. Devin makes it an overall fun experience and I enjoy my time with her. And, I love the family atmosphere all the staff at Starke gives my family, especially my kids- treating all of us as their own! ~ TA
